Japan Transit Planner is a route search, information provision service (In the Terms of use, "The Service" refers to Japan Transit Planner) provided by Jorudan Co., Ltd. (In the Terms of use, "The Company" refers to Jorudan Co., Ltd.)
Japan Transit Planner は、ジョルダン株式会社(以下「当社」といいます）が提供する経路検索・情報提供サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）です。
The Company will establish the terms of use for The Service as follows. Regarding the use of The Service, it is necessary to comply with these terms of use.
当社は本サービスに関する利用規約を以下のように定めます。本サービスのご利用に関しては、本利用規約を遵守して頂くことが必要となります。
Information Fee
情報料
Ticket purchase is required as an information fee to use The Service.
本サービスのご利用には、情報料としてチケット購入が必要となります。

ログインしてご利用いただいている方は、JIDの取得が必要になります。
The obligation to pay the information fee is based on the registration through the clients' terminal shall not be avoided in the case that the client delete the registration or even The Service can not be used.
お客様の端末を通じての登録に基づく情報料の支払義務は、サービスを利用することができない状態が生じた場合も含め、お客様が登録を抹消するまでいかなる場合であっても免れないものとします。
The information fee is calculated and requested for payment from the member registration date of The Service (including the registration date).
情報料は、本サービスの会員登録日より(登録日を含む)、計算され支払請求されます。
The Company will not refund any information fee that has been paid for any reason even if The Service temporarily interrupted.
本サービスの一時中断がおきた場合でも情報料の返還は致しません。当社はいかなる理由によっても、既に支払われた情報料を一切払い戻しいたしません。
In case of cancelling the contract, please put forward the application for cancelling the membership through the service terminal.
契約を解除する場合は、サービス端末を通じて会員登録解除の申し出をしてください。
The application of contract or cancellation through client's service terminal will be considered applied by client yourself.
お客様のサービス端末を通じての契約・解除の申し出はすべてお客様からの申し出とみなします。
Even if cancellation is carried out during the contract period, the fee will not be refunded using the prorated calculation.
契約期間中に解約の手続きを行っても、日割り計算を用いての払い戻しは一切行わないものとします。
Intellectual Property Rights
知的財産権
All intellectual property rights, including compilation copyrights, related to The Service belong to The Company or the information provider licensing The Company the rights for use. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, modifying, altering, and assigning The Service’s content to third parties.
本サービスに関する編集著作権を含む一切の知的財産権および権利は、当社又は当社に対して使用許諾を行っている情報提供者に帰属します。本サービスの内容を無断転載・複写・修正・改変し、または第三者に譲渡することを禁じます。
Prohibited Uses
禁止事項
The use of The Service by clients shall be limited to personal use only. Clients are prohibited from using The Service for commercial secondary use.
お客様による本サービスの利用は、お客様個人のための使用のみに限定されます。本サービスの内容の商業的二次利用は一切禁止されます。
Clients are prohibited from jeopardizing, limiting, or interfering with The Company, mobile terminal manufacturers and third party rights related to The Service, including any acts which might lead to such actions.
お客様は本サービスに関する当社、利用端末各社及びその他の第三者の権利を脅かしたり、制限したり、若しくは妨害したり又はそのおそれがあるような行動は一切禁止されます。
Clients are prohibited from assigning, transferring, or appointing any of the rights or obligations related to these Terms of Use to third parties.
お客様は、本利用規約に係わるいかなる権利又は義務も第三者に譲渡させたり、承継させたり、その他処分することはできません。
Responsibility

Third party complaints regarding your contribution is at your own risk.
お客様のご投稿に関する第三者のクレーム等については、お客様ご自身の責任でご対応下さい。
Disclaimer

Neither The Company nor the licensors who provided information to The Company will bear any responsibility for compensatory damages in the case of a loss due to use for The Service. Although all the data are carefully checked by The Service, and The Company not assured for accuracy. Please use it for reference only.
本サービスの利用に起因する損害について、当社および当社に対して使用許諾を行っている情報提供者は一切賠償の責任を負いません。本サービスの内容には万全を期していますが、当社はいっさい誤りがないことを保証しません。あくまでも参考としてお使いください。
Cutoff, Discontinuation of Service
運営の中断・中止
The Company may cutoff, discontinue The Service without prior notification due to maintenance, restoration, or act of God. During this event, the Company shall not be held liable in any way for damages suffered from such cutoff, discontinuation of services.
当社は事前の通知なく保守、復旧のため、または天災等の不可抗力により、本サービスの運営を中断・中止することがあります。この場合、当社はかかる中断・中止について一切責任を負いません。
Modification and Termination
変更・終了
The Company shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Service, including its contents, display and operating functions, at any given time. After termination for The Service, clients' e-mail and posting information can be deleted.
当社はいつでも本サービスの内容・表示・操作方法等を変更・停止・終了できるものとします。本サービス終了後、当社は、お客様の電子メールや投稿情報を抹消することができます。
Modification of the terms of use
本規約の変更等
Clients agree that The Company has the right to modify, supplement, renew, and delete the contents of these Terms of Use without any prior notification.
当社は、お客様への事前の通知なく本規約の改定、追加、更新、削除を行うことができることを承諾していただきます。
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
準拠法・裁判管轄
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Japan. When doubt or dispute arises between users and The Company regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Use or The Service, it shall be discussed in good faith. However, if the doubt or dispute cannot be resolved, the Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。本規約の解釈または本サービスに関してお客様と当社との間に疑義や紛争が生じた場合には、誠意を持って協議するものとしますが、解決しない場合には「東京地方裁判所」を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

The advertisements will be displayed when you are using a free version.
無料にてお使いいただく場合には広告を表示いたします。
The advertisements will be hidden when you have a ticket.
チケットをお持ちの場合、広告は非表示となります。
We publish advertisements with an examination criteria, but we will not be responsible for the result of the use of advertisements by clients.
広告の掲載にあたっては審査基準を設け掲載判断を行いますが、ご利用者様が広告を利用した結果については弊社は一切の責任を免れます。
